How to fold your bag
Print on 11 × 8.5 inch letter paper, landscape, at 100% / actual size. Turn off headers and footers. Edge-to-edge color needs a borderless printer; otherwise a small white border is normal.
Fold along the two faint vertical guides, bringing both side panels behind the picture. At actual size, the 5⅜-inch front leaves ¼ inch of overlap at the back for gluing. Seal the back seam and bottom, add goodies, then seal the top. Crimp the top and bottom if you like. Ask a grown-up to handle hot glue.
